I 1malaysia Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Online Gaming Platform

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals subject to any legal restriction or guardianship protection are not eligible to register.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) account active on i 1malaysia at any one time. This restriction covers registrations using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, identification numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods by the same individual. Any attempt to circumvent this limit will be considered a serious violation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name as per your identity card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a payment method registered in your own name. Any discrepancy between your account information and verification documents may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Password Security

3.4 Account Verification

6.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

• Wagering requirements are clearly displayed on every bonus offer before you accept it.
• Example: A 20x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

7Game Rules

7.2 Technical Errors

• Fraud — providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Use of Automated Software — using bots, scripts or automated software to play or place bets;

• System Outage — any attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's functionality;
• Duplicate Accounts — holding more than one active account;
• Third-party use — allowing another person to use your account or play on behalf of someone else.

9Account Closure & Suspension

I 1malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any Terms stated in this document has occurred;
• Suspicious activity or conduct inconsistent with the platform's security policies has been detected;
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months;
• A request has been received from a valid legal authority.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the i 1malaysia support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements will be forfeited and any eligible cash balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned via the original payment method.

10Disclaimer of Liability
